1. Information We Collect 

When you work with us, we only collect the basic information needed to deliver our services. This includes:

• Email Address

2. Introduction

• Magnumm Tech provides website and app development services.

• By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

• These terms apply to all clients, partners, and users of our services.

2. Services

• We offer:

• Website design & development

• Mobile app development

• Branding and strategy (optional/add-ons)

• The scope of each project will be defined in a written proposal or contract.

3. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit (50%) is required before work begins.

• The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and delivery.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Project Scope

• Each project includes a set number of revisions (2-3 rounds).

• Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

• Major scope changes require a new agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• Magnumm Tech retains ownership of all designs, code, and materials until full payment is received.

• Once paid in full, intellectual property rights transfer to the client.

• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate content, materials, and timely feedback.

• Delays in providing information may extend project deadlines.

7. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to keep sensitive information confidential.

• NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) may be signed if requested.

8. Liability & Warranties

• We deliver projects to agreed specifications but cannot guarantee:

• Continuous uptime (depends on hosting providers).

• Complete security against hacks or data loss.

• Magnumm Tech is not liable for client misuse, third-party issues, or force majeure events.

9. Maintenance & Support

• Post-launch support (bug fixes, updates) is available for a limited time.

• Ongoing maintenance requires a separate agreement.

10. Termination & Refunds

• Either party may terminate if the other breaches the agreement.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If terminated mid-project, the client must pay for completed work.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation.

• If unresolved, disputes may be settled under law.

12. Changes to Terms

• Magnumm Tech may update these terms at any time.

• Clients will be notified of significant changes.
